river view delight!

attentive staff river view many options morning coffee

i had a charmed stay! the staff were attentive, and they remembered my preferences. my room had a fantastic river view, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. i especially liked that the breakfast had many options and the food was AMAZING!!!

the passage leading to the hotel was a little narrow.

the hotel had easy beach access, a real plus for enjoying the sea. there was a security person at the beach entrance, logging guests in and out. this.

my room had air conditioning that worked well, a necessity for dealing with the humidity. i found good toiletries were provided, a nice touch for convenience. beach towels were also available, and it was one less thing to pack.

the front desk team made check-in easy and efficient. room service was quick and responsive to my requests. i appreciated that the restaurant staff were attentive and courteous throughout my visit.

fantastic getaway!

amazing staff super clean hotel excellent food plentiful food

i stayed for a week of pure relaxation. the staff was very nice, too many to individually name! they kept the hotel super clean, and it shows. waiting, security, pool, housekeeping, maintenance, and reception staff were all great... i 100% recommend this resort!

the path to the beach could be cleaner.

Very nice Beachside Experience

beach access attentive staff wide variety

The resort sits right on the beach. I got an upgrade to a beach-facing room located on the first floor. The beach was CLEAN!! A security person at the beach entrance logged everyone in and out. The staff were Really good!! Everyone, from the gate greeter to the reception, restaurant, cleaning staff, and room service, was efficient and always smiling. The new airport is closer. I booked a taxi upon arrival and had the hotel arrange my return. The breakfast had a wide variety, I really enjoyed it. I appreciated that breakfast is open until 12 noon. The staff was attentive and always willing to help.

Reaching the hotel involved walking through a SMALL passage, which wasn't ideal.

The room was spacious with good air conditioning. A big balcony allowed for comfortable outdoor seating. Beach towels were provided as an amenity. Two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were included.

The staff ensured I was well taken care of. The front desk was very helpful. Attentive staff were always willing to assist at breakfast.

Facilities

The pool is four feet deep with a shallow kids area. Sun loungers are available on one side of the pool. Parking for scooters is right outside the main gate. The location provides access to both the beach and nearby shops.
